[Beadskadoo]

My old darling CC sort of got sick and needs to go to the hospital so I hooked up the Cricket I have had and it is so different. I am getting used to it, but I have noticed at the base of the torch just where the flames come out there seems to be a "sparky" looking flame buildup type thing (carbon??) and I have to take my tool and periodically very carefully "swipe" these little bits of flame or whatever they are away and the candles seem to be a wee bit irregular at times.
Is this normal?? Please anyone help!?? It is a brand new torch. I have a 8lpm oxycon. Thank you!
Oh, and can I send my CC back to Carlisle and get it "refurbished" I love that torch!
