I don't know. I get most of my supplies from the US. I very seldom come across an American merchant who won't ship to Canada. I ship plenty of stuff across the border, and on the Canadian side, all it involves is filling out a couple of blanks (item description and value) on the customs sticker that the P.O. attaches to the package. No biggie at all, but it may be different the other way around.
