I have Kim's Color Archive. Man oh man. Just to scroll through the photos is enough to give me hot flashes. Anyway - to answer your question(s) - most of the glass used is fairly mainstream such as opal yellow, silver plum, aurae, triton, and of course raku. Fair amount of reduction frit. Kim gives suggestions for substitutions for glass that is hard to find, or impossible to find. Each photo contains a list of the glass used. It really is a book of ideas and info. She writes about Inspiration and limiting your glass selection which is the part I love. Highly recommended.
