I'm on a hothead and would recommend this "tut" highly. I think of tuts as more like a class from a distance - the .pdf being a compilation of the lampworker's knowledge - in this case over quite a period of time. If there is glass I don't have or some techniques that are not perfect on a hothead, all the reason to aim for a substitute and take things in a slightly different direction. If you have to wait, put this one at the top of your list! I didn't consider not purchasing the tut though I've never been fortunate enough to win any of Kim's beads in an auction. Worth every penny!
