Hi Kat, there is no link to email, you have to log in to our web site and look under your order status, all of your unlocked files are there. Happy to send them privately if you email me at beadsbot@gmail.com but I would like to know if you are not able to find them on the web site under your "orders" so I know if I have a problem to fix, please let me know!
