Pretty elaborate/creative joke. And, the punchline is in the name, "Mongoose" since a Mongoose kills snakes, particularly Cobras.

GTT does make a four stage torch, though. The line is called Quadzilla.
There are also attachments that allow you to inject compressed air into GTTs to thin out and cool off the flame.
