Here's my list of what I use every time:
cuticle pusher
Whimzicalities brass tools
graphite paddle
pliers - pointed for pulling stringers and applying silver, flat (no grooves) for sheep ears, and flat (grooved) for holding leftover bits of rods to start beads
spare 3/32" mandrels for pulling twisties
tweezers
tungsten pick
