I looked at this website last month and they make some beautiful jellyfish. I'm thinking if you make your jellyfish "bell" then a clear bead next to it and put enamel on the end of the clear bed and poke it in - you'll get tendrils. I haven't tried it as a bead cuz I don't use enamels  But sounded good.
