This is a well covered subject on LE. Give search a try and see what you come up with.

However, chapter 8 in "Contemporary Lampworking" provides a nice set of charts for both COE 104 and 33 glass. Plus an excellent discussion about the annealing process. A recommended book for all lampworkers.
