Depends on how sensitive you are to fumes, and how good your ventilation really is. Have you tested it? A smoke source held next to your torch with your torch on and running should get sucked into the exhaust port of your vent hood in under 2 seconds. If it doesn't, you should consider upgrading until it does, regardless. If it does, you should pay attention to how you feel as you work. Some LE'ers have commented on feeling symptoms even if they have good ventilation. Those who have discovered that they are sensitive, even with great ventilation, have posted that they use masks.
