Vetrofond over Effetre in almost all cases here, other than exclusive Effetre colors such as EDP, Anice, Nessi, etc. of course. For basic colors (periwinkle, violet, green, aqua) I go with whatever is least expensive, but given the choice I find Vetro color stays more true, the clear is more clear and the odd lots are very cool. That said, I'll take CiM any day over both.
