hey again all...I seem to be having problems getting e-mail through to some people. I am even using two different e-mail accounts, so I have no idea what's up. If you order a tut and don't receive it within 12 hours (I normally send it out within 3 hours) please send me a PM or an e-mail so I know to send it again!! Thanks again so much!!

Well, okay but they beads aren't great. I LOVED making the eye cane. I was also amazed that I did it exactly right and didn't have any thermal shock with that LARGE gather of glass that was my eye cane before I pulled it. GREAT tutorial!

This one is a blurry END of the eye cane stalk (Sorry, it's the camera AND the operator, I'm afraid.)

Then my thought was make a bunch of eyes on one bead to get practice at placing they eyes in a bead. The one on the left came out okay but the one on the right shows that I need ppp. It's the operator, folks... the tutorial is great!

Getting better..... love that ppp.......
I should add that the BLUE EYE in the first two pictures is off the cover of Pipyr's tutorial. I put my bead next to it for comparison. (Her cover bead shows in the first two pictures.)

more coming right up....not sure how many I can put in one posting so don't want to overload...

Oh, I should add that the eye canes were Pipyr's instructions on non-silver COE 104 glass.

Cool start, huh? Much better than my first time but they are using the same canes as the first posting up above. At least I don't think I'll embarrass or lose Pipyr any sales from posting these.

I'm happy!

I tried one. Need to do another. The silver leaf on my base bead fumed my clear lens and you can't see the iris.

And after taking a class (IN PERSON!) with Pipyr, these are EYES on parade for you. OK, wasn't being that creative in making the critters so, please, focus ONLY on the eyes.
