pen for labeling glass rods
I found an ultra fine Bic Mark It in my drawer and I have been using it to label light and clear rods. Thought I would share. It works great! I need to try a light colored one on the dark rods.

Some time ago someone posted about a certian color of pencil they use to mark rods that burns off completely with no residue. It's midnight and I'm not going to venture over to the studio to find out what it is (maybe tomorrow) but a search might turn it up.

Silver, I never would have thought that. I will grab one. Sharpie makes the extra fine too. That will give me a better chance at reading my Fred Flinstone handwriting.
