that's 2.28" of clear glass. i got $120 out of that marble, and it took zero skill and two hours of my time.
sometimes i'll spend 3 hours on one flower or something like i posted here on this page, and not even see $100 for it.
it's confounding.

I always chalk it up to a fickle buying public.

That last marble is also spectacular just in the clarity. No bubbles, no scum, no anything.

It's been wonderful watching your work progress and grow. (evolve is probably the better word for it).

i'm sure you could and then some...i've seen your fume work, and it's remarkable!

that big orb was just me playing around with the last of my oxygen. i did "peel" down the 28mm simax as it gathered, and picked off any bits of dust from the mold. the optical qualities of that orb are really neat....i'm going to have to make another, but bigger this time
i want to see how big a phantom will go.
