Default CIM honey mustard -- cracking problems!

I don't know if anyone has had this problem with this color -- I made about 20 beads the other day, and six of them had a base of honey mustard. All six of those beads had small hairline cracks (mostly around or underneath a transparent) after they came out of the kiln. I've never had beads crack like that. Very frustrating because I love this color! Has anyone else had a problem with this color cracking?

Were they cased and if they were, what did you use? Do you have photos? I once cased (accidentally) Bullseye over Effetre and I got the millions of micro-cracks effect. I threw them away.

They weren't encased, but I did put melted in dots of a transparent over them. I have never bought anything other than 104 COE glass. It's weird because on two of these beads, which are almost identical, the cracks are in the exact same place. The crack is either in the transparent or underneath it, I can't tell. The cracks are so tiny it was a miracle I even saw them, so I'm not sure if my camera will pick them up. I'll see....

The only other color I used on the ones that cracked, is effetre light teal transparent. I thought it might be a compatibility issue with some transparents placed over it. I dont know!
