Default Question ?

I use to have two concentrators hooked up to my torch with the "Y" connector. One concentrator is in for repairs. My question is this can I use the "y" connector on one concentrator? Will the oxygen escape out the part of the hose that isn't connected to anything?

Are you using quick connects or barbed fittings?

You don't need a Y if you only have one connector. Just run a single line of hose to your torch. If you don't have a single line, crimp the side that isn't connected so that no oxy escapes. (You know, like when you fold a water hose to cut off the water flow. Secure ir with a zip or twisty tie.)
