Default Eye Glasses repair

Howdy folks. I've had this pair of glasses for about 2 years. I love them. They fit my face perfectly. I have a problem though. The nose guards have almost worn completely off. They almost have turned to a putty from my sweat (i know gross). But how do I get the nose guards replaced? they don't look to be snap on/snap off replaceable. They look injection molded to the frame. Can I mail them somewhere or has anyone experienced this?

They cost too much to just buy another pair.

The glasses in question:

Default Nose Guards for Glasses

Our Sams Club replaces those for free here. I did not even purchase the glasses there. Try them, if you have one close by.

Can you use the stick-on nose pads? You can usually find them near the little eyeglass repair kits or the $1.00 magnifiers at Wal-Mart.

Usually wherever you bought them will replace for free.
