I downloaded it last week and am hoping to have the time this week to dive into it and see if it is a good fit for me.

I made a couple of real simple web sites today and yes it is very much like I design.
I was not holding out much hope, but I think I like this Softeare.

I watched a tutorial on lynda.com, and it really helped the learning curve. It's kind of pricey if you are only doing one site, but I've been thinking of 2 for me and one for my brother in law.
I'm leaning towards in motion hosting, recommended by cosmo.
What a process! Now I actually need to make something! Lol

not sure what you mean by pricey - at the moment its free, when its finally released its going to be by monthly subscription and you can just pay for the time you use it

This is where all computer programs will go in the future - you will use them online. So you won't need to buy expensive programs like CS5..or so I hear.

If I recall correctly, it will be 15$/month, which is in addition to your regular hosting fee. So maybe if you don't make changes very often to a site, maybe you could subscribe while doing the development work, and then unsubscribe. I'm not quite sure about how that works.

its $15 a month or $180 a year, if you want it just for a month at a time while you use it its $20/month
i think its a brilliant idea, i have literally tens of thousands of $$ worth of Adobe software (courtesy of a friend who is a developer) if i'd had to buy it for the limited use i have for it i'd never have it
