Big Book of 42 Boro Bead Recipes
Over the past year, I've compiled recipes for the beads I have been making. The beads in this recipe book are for my boro beads that I've made over many times - so all the recipes are consistent.
I made the decision back in October that I would no longer be selling my boro beads and have been on the fence about creating this tutorial. But I'm now pretty comfortable knowing that this is a time when I'll be moving on to other things and I'd like to share all the beads recipes that I've worked on in the past and hope that maybe these will be a source of inspiration for someone.
The "recipe book" is written for those that have some basic knowledge of boro bead making, annealing, etc. It is a recipe book that lists all colors, instructions to create the different beads and tips specifically related for the bead you are making. It is not a how-to beginner boro book, but mainly a compilation and booklet with all the boro recipes I've created and used for the past couple of years.
Each page consists of a full color picture of the beads, all colors needed and frits used. It's followed by a set of specific instructions and then a list of tips for working each bead.
The booklet is 44 pages long and priced at $25 on Etsy. It is a PDF file at approximately 2.5MB and will be sent by email.
Because I've seen this issue raised a short while ago, I want to state that you are free to sell any of the beads made from the recipes in the tutorial.

Just an FYI - I like the view in 75% rather than 100% in Acrobat. Because I had to compress the photos a bit, they are sharpest in 75%. If I didn't compress the photos, the file was more than 11MB and I think there would have been email issues.

I got mine Friday night and had to to straight to the torch. The beads turned out exactly like the photos. Great tut.
