Default Citrus Slice Murrini Tut (and "Kits") FINALLY in my Etsy Store!

Yay! Thanks everyone for your interest and patience! I'm listing some Tutorials that have the slices made and will be mailed; you can also purchase the Tutorial alone: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=41496536

FROM THE TUT - IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND A COUPLE PHOTOS:

SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS FOR SECTION ONE: MURRINI CREATION

* 1-3 Rods of Effetre/Moretti Opal Yellow Opaque Premium Pastel (#591266)
* 1 Rod Vetrofond “Tangerine Intense” (#791939)
* 1 Rod Creation is Messy “Poison Apple” (#511487)
* 1 Rod Effetre/Moretti “Light Lemon Yellow” (#591404)
* 2 Stainless Steel Mandrels (I use 5/32”) as punty handles
* Brass or Graphite hand-held Marver

SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS FOR SECTION TWO: MURRINI APPLICATION (These are less specific; feel free to use what you similarly have on hand)

* 1 Rod Opaque Dark Green for “Lime” Peel (Grass Green, Emerald Green, or similar opaque)
* 1 Rod Opaque Med. or Dk. Yellow for “Lemon” Peel (Lauscha, Moretti, CiM and Vetrofond all have nice choices)
* 1 Rod Opaque Orange for “Orange” Peel (Moretti Orange Special, Lauscha Orange Opaque, etc.; choose a strong opaque Orange)
* 1 Rod Light Ivory
* Optional: 1 Rod clear of your choice for “capping” murrini if you intend to lens or encase
* Brass or Graphite hand-held Marver
* Fine tipped, un-serrated tweezers

PICS:

Hope 'ya like it!

Hi All...

Just wondering...I've had a SURGE this week of purchases of my Tutorial from Germany and The Netherlands!

I've meant to find a way to ask at least one of the purchasing customers "What's up" in that maybe someone has done something really cool with this (maybe beyond what I've demonstrated?). If so, I'd love to know. Not quite sure how to approach it though...

Anyone know anything? If so, please throw me a bone!

DeAnne~

I had an upswing this week,also. Wondering if somebody somewhere has listed a bunch of tuts in their blog? I can't tell any definite pattern in my website stats, so not sure where they are coming from!
