yep i nearly got burned from them too but I filed a chargeback on my CC. I was really po'ed because its the ONLY place listed in the us that sells something I was looking for and I really didnt want to take a chance with places overseas that are sketchy sigh I hope you can file a chargeback and get your money back.

It's much too late for me to file a charge back as the back order delay was over 4 months.
Overseas place cannot possibly be more sketchy than sciencelab.com. You *may* get your order filled by an overseas seller, with sciencelab.com, you will be robbed.
The few cheap chemicals they did sent me were quite obviously scavenged from closed down laboratories, as the material was VISIBLY degraded, and bottled in the wrong type of bottle.

Propylene glycol, DMSO, and colchicine.
Incredibly, these clowns had DMSO in back order. It's like the water filtration plant being back order with H2O.

I wanted the DMSO as a solvent for the colchicine.

A lot of crafters may want to purchase all kinds of chemicals, but they don't have access to the big companies like Fischer. That's their clientele.
Now - even if you may not buy chemicals yourself, if you participate in a forum with people that might, you'd be a sweetheart if you re-posted the warning.
The more people are aware that sciencelab.com is a fraud, the better.
Let that be your good deed for the day

Colchicine is quite soluble in water. DMSO is added to enhance penetration thru plant skin as well as human skin. And only a couple of drops of DMSO. Do not use it as the base diluent. I'm assuming this is for plant use based on the need for a solution.

Yes, it's for plant use.
When I worked in a toxicology testing lab, I used ethanol as the favored colchicine solvent.
