Default A couple of questions

I finally got into BORO! Made my first beads today with my LYNX and 2 oxycons- a 5 and 10. And a chili pepper kiln.
So, I ask: (maybe dumb but I forgot)
1. Is there any way I can put beads in the kiln that are to be batch annealed and just ramp up to a garaging temp so I can work and add new ones right in? Or do I need to do it separate.

2. AND/OR If I were to batch anneal alone Is there any way I can batch annel both the Boro and soft glass? If I just follow a boro schedule- would it harm the soft glass?

I have just a small amount of each and wondered...

3. I have 2 oxycons, 5 and a 10 hooked up. The 5 seems to only go up to 2 or 3. Is this normal? I am not sure that I am getting a big enough flame.
I am making beads on the small side, for now, but it does seems to take a long time for the boro to melt. I don't know if it is just me -coming from soft glass.

Thanks gang! I LOVE boro!!!
I am getting some nice colors- but I think I need to get the reds right into a hot kiln.
