Default Is my burner safe?

Hi
I have a small melting furnace that works with propane gas cylinder.
I have built a homemade burner for it but I am worry about it's safety.

I added a flashback arrestor to my burner but it didn't work so I remove it. Is it safe without flashback arrestor?

I don't use welding torch or oxygen tank but I use an air blower.
Can blower blows oxygen/air to propane gas tank for example when gas proportion in tank is 5 or 10 percent and pressure is low?

Thanks

You have built what is essentially a premix burner, which is not safe without a flashback arrestor. You need to install one between the junction of propane tank and air line. Air supply would be fine, just not as hot a flame as with oxygen tank or concentrator. Ask more questions if not completely clear. Better safe than ..

As this furnace is for melting silver, a blower is enough

My flashback arrestor does not work and I think the problem is my regulator

I found 0-3 bar adjustable regulator. Can this model solve my problem ?

Also it has another problem.
P max of flashback arrestor is 1.5 bar.
What happen if regulator set in 2 or 3 bar? Does flashback arrestor work In this condition? ( These regulator don't have any gauge )
