Question Fan Pull Chain WITH Loop???

I've been searching far and wide for fan pull chain WITH the extra metal loop on the bottom to attach my glass ornament. I can find plain chain or with the ball attachment thingy (That's technical, I know!! LOL) But none with the loop to attach an ornament like seen in finished pulls. WHERE OH WHERE to find them??

I Googled fan pulls, and ehow says you can get extensions at the hardware store:

When we made them, we just wired a seed bead at the top of our pull and put it in the little connector that the brass ball goes in to attach.

I don't know if that's what you're asking or not, hope it helps in some way.

Something like these ( key search word may be "ballchain")....

You might also want to search on internet for "lamp parts".

Thanks for the great replys. I've done lots of research and looking in hardware and craft stores. Everyone has the ballchain, but none have that 'thingy" that I can wire the drop into. So I'll check out all these ideas and thanks for the 'thread' to this conversation from before!!!! I'll report back when I find what I 'really' need!!! JOY-fully, BKS
