Concentrators for Boro
Just got my GTT Cheeta; and I am going through a lot more oxygen than I had planned for. This is for my personal use.
DOES ANYONE doing Boro use an OXY concentrator for Boro and what would they recommend.

I have a Cheetah (love it!!) and a Regalia Concentrator, I'm a slow worker so I do not need to melt fast. You can check out my Etsy and my Ebay Auctions and Past Auctions too. Good luck, I have no complaints except I wish I was a little taller HA.

OGSI has a new 20 psi OGSI-20 that rocks. Or, If you already have a ogsi-20 there is a conversion kit for sixty dollars. thats very easy to do yourself.
I have had one sense the gathering and I really think its running the Lynx center fire on my phantom better than tank oxy was. Wow Im burning through mandrel much fast then tanked. LOL

I had a Lynx hooked on 2 Ex-15. Was good.
I have it on 3 now and it is great, but I bought a Phantom on 3 and I am wondering if I am not missing a little oxygen... when center and outer fires are going...

I have a friend who had a Cheetah on 3 EX-15's and it was nice and hot. She's moved to a Cuda, which is what I have (Cuda + 3 EX-15's) and it works very well.
I noticed a big difference as I went from 2 to 3 oxy cons just 2 weeks ago.

I'm running a HellCat on three M-15s, which is what Carlisle recommended when I asked them about the M-15s, and have no complaints.

I run the center fire(s) of my Mirage and my Kabuki on 2 medical 5 lpm Airesepts and the outer flames on tanked. Since 75 or 80 percent of the time I only use the inner flame it saves a bunch of O2.

I have a lynx running on two 5ers not the full potential for this torch but I did go from a hh torch to this 'big girls torch'. I have tried it on tanked oxygen it works way better but we pay allot for tanked oxygen out here in the interior of B.C. I burned through 50.00 worth in 5 hours. I so need to upgrade the concentrators.

I'm running my Phantom on two OG20s and have a third one I can bring in if I am going to work realy big stuff, I have used the torch on bottled oxy and it is hotter but not that much, I'm interested in the conversions on the OG20s though, thanks for mentioning that Scott, I will get on to them and see what they say.
cheers, Bernie

My torch isn't on enough to use liquid oxy. I wonder if there is any type of food I can eat to produce plenty of oxy.

a huricane will run 1-2 lynxes...one with great oxygen 2 with ok oxygen. it will affect silver colors and maybe some blacks.
the key is maintaing them, changing filers, new cup seals every 6 months, and re pouring sieve bed every 1-3 years.

I am running a scorpion on 2 M-20s. Works fantastic.
I also have a cheetah and it does not run well on 2 M-20's.
My barracuda does run well on the same set up.
The cheetah seems to be an O2 hog. I have never used my cheetah because it uses so much O2.
Long story how I acquired a cheetah I never use.

Oldschool,
Where do you get new sieve material and what is the cost. I have had a nagging thought in the back of my mind to build a concentrator about the size of a Pro4 and the only stumbling block is the sieve material.
