Kudos to GTT
I just got off the phone with Wally of Glass Torch Technologies and I really wanted to say how impressed I am with his customer concerns. I had a few concerns with my torch set up and wrote GTT with some questions. I quickly got a call back from them that Wally would like to talk to me about my questions. During the call he told me to send the torch in so he could check it, I did, and now he just told me the torch is great. I've been trying a new setup and he is listening to my concerns even though the problem now doesn't seem to be the torch. Thank you Wally for all of your help. Besides great torches, you do give great service at GTT, and I'm very grateful for that.
