Default Tweaking Invacare 5 Oxygen Concentrator

I run my concentrator with a minor and a propane tank. It has served me well for a long time... then yesterday I just couldn't get enough heat. It seems I am not getting enough oxygen.

I had heard awhile back that I can open up my concentrator and adjust something to give more Oxygen? That concentrators are set for human consumption but that they can give more. Unfortunately I dont have contact with that person to follow up.

Any advise? I have the little ball set to 3.5 on the concentartor

If your machine has changed the purity of your oxygen, which is what this sounds like, try change the filters first.

You would be surprised how much difference it can make.

I think there are two on the input side (one course for hair and stuff, the other is a fine pore kind of filter) and yet another one on the output side.

The output one is a biologic filter and keeps the machine from infecting sick patients with microbes.

Good luck.

OK washed the 2 cabinet filters (drying now) and ordered a HEPA filter and a Compressor Inlet filter.
