Default Service Light is red on oxycon

Hi everyone. I just got two used oxy cons and when I plugged them in, the red Service light is on. Is it something i can fix myself? They are no longer under warranty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Did you run them before you connected your torch?
How long did you let it run ? (my red light comes on for a while before it goes off each time I start them up)

They didn't come with manuals. I didn't hook them up to the torch yet. I run it for less then a minute. I'll try leaving them plugged in longer to see if the red light would turn off thanks!!!

Manuals could possibly be found by internet search... Do units show any output on "flow meters"?

If you still have trouble, there are companies near you (I think Lincare is in nj) that will repair used units. (if you bought a used one). If it is a new one, call the company you bought it from. Mine beeps for a good 20 sec when I turn it on. It always seems longer though.
