Default Questions for "Dale Types"

Dale or Whoever...

I have just started flameworking and am building a "studio" (really just a cubicle devoted to beadmaking!). My builder came over yesterday, and we have a few questions for whoever knows about this!

My question:
A storage room off my carport that I"ll be working out of contains 2 - two hundred gallon water tanks (used for our heating, hot water, and a Viking commercial stove) that are fueled by propane. The line has an arrestor and multiple check valves. Is it safe to just split the line where it enters the room and use it for my torch? The supply of propane comes from a huge tank that is buried in the front of the house by the street and the distance is about 60 feet from the tank to where I"ll be sitting.

Thanks in advance for all help....from Dale or whoever is reading!

Connie

Connie,

Could you post a picture of the room... including water heaters and gas line?

I'll post a pic tomorrow. I need to find out how to make pics smaller so that they post.
Thanks! :)

Try simple program like IRFANVIEW... You simply load picture and select "resize" from "tools" drops down, put in new parameters and save...

IRFANVIEW is a FREE software program for basic picture editing...
