My kew key does not work on my computer, lol!

Anyway, why do they have your statement balance, and then when you click to pay, they give you your outstanding balance, which is higher than the statement balance? My statement balance was $6.12 and when I clicked to pay, I saw that my statement balance was $7.85 (or something like that). I pay the full, outstanding balance every month, so it's not like there are outstanding, unpaid fees. This happens every month and I'm just wondering why they can't just put them together and say here's what you owe...

I believe it has to do with what's due now and what's due in the next billing cycle.

It's like a credit card, you can pay the entire balance or only the balance that's due this month. (For accounting purposes it's simpler to pay just what's due!)

What they said ^^. You can also pay up to $100 in advance. No idea why anyone would want to do that, though.
