Information on each tutorial

I am making a spreadsheet inventory of the tutorials that I have obtained. It really helps to follow through, look for subsequent tutorials etc. if somewhere in the tutorial is found: The price, the author's e-mail, author's website and/or blog, the file name, the business name if applicable.
