Make a very slender bicone of yellow with dk brown or black tips - add age spots to suit - marver so it's flatish on four sides - flame polish chill marks - bend the bead to look like a banana - and no, I'm not kidding.

Maybe using the curved mandrels would be helpful, too. Just a thought...

Or you can order the next issue of the Annealer and use my tutorial for making curved beads - cheaply and easily.
