Default Glass Alchemy's new colours.

I am just getting back into flameworking after spending the last 20 months or so pregnant and raising my daughter (who is 1 next week!).
I finally got my oxy tank delivered today so should be melting boro very very soon again....

Anyway there are lots of cool new colours etc in soft and hard glass.
I was just looking at GA's website and they have all these new cool colours I have not seen before like: Dragons Eye, Agua chameleon, amazon canyon, jamboree, black pearl etc etc....

I was just wondering what everyone thinks of them/what you have made?
(and just out of interest if there any Australians in here does anywhere sell GA in Australia? I know peppertown used to sell it but I don't think they do anymore?)

We have a customer who buys one pound of GA Jambaree and one of Havana Moon Lite every week, so my guess is that those 2 colors sell.
Lots of new colors for you to try...

Jamboree and Havana Moon are both good colors... Jamboree is a super saturated silver glass... kinda like triple passion on steroids. It works great blown or pulled thin... HM is like blue moon... a good dark blue silver glass...

I'd ask in the garage sale if anybody has some of the color you're interested in trying... just get a stick or half stick to try... maybe a supplier would be interested in sending you a sample of the new colors as well... living overseas makes it difficult and expensive to order much of anything just to try...

Welcome back!

Solara, Silver Strike 5, Purple Luster, Havana Moon, Triple Passion, and Black Pearl are all staples in my palette.

Welcome Back!

I use agua chameleon, jamboree, black pearl and the havana moon constantly. I prefer all of these reduced quite a bit.

i use all those colors in quantity; however, amazon canyon, dragon's eye and black pearl are not real utility colors, they need to be used in the 'right' application.

Hadn't got my hands on Jamboree until recently. Really digging this color, kind of reminds me of the 96 coe Reichenbach iris-orange (raku) in some surface applications.
Tan-purple/powder-blues. Really rich and fun to strike.
