Does anyone know where I can get Shade 3 boro filter

I am trying to find a glass filter in shade 3 in a 4.5" x 5.25" piece. I currently have a shade 4 and that is the lowest I can find on ebay or other sites I have checked. I have found the shade 4 to be a little dark for me.

It is usually called a welding filter.

This is what I am looking for - in a shade 3.
