Default Handmade Straw Yellow and Lt. Brown

I'm on a faux boro binge right now and looking to stock up on Effetre Straw Yellow and Transparent Light Brown. I've heard that handmade works much better than machine-pulled for the faux boro effect, and that handmade has become hard to find these days. Are any vendors stocking handmade of either of these colors?

Hi there, funny that you too are looking for this elusive answer to this question!! I emailed Frantz glass, waiting for their reply. Will post it here once I get some feedback.

I just talked to Mike at Frantz Glass. He doesn't think there is any difference, the recipe is the same, they look the same, but hey I ordered a lb just to check it out for myself. Wondering myself why this issue hasn't been addressed if it is the same glass. premium, handpulled or regular. Mike says it is just semantics, I'll give it a go and see if there is a difference. Thanks Mike for taking my question!

Thanks for the info! Some glasses really seem to turn out different when they're handmade vs. machine pulled - like Opal Yellow and Copper Green. Perhaps Straw Yellow and Light Brown Transparent are not among them - that would be very good news
