I used to have the strawberry tut on my site but I have changed sites - if that is what you are looking for send me a pm with your email addy and I will send it to you.
BTW, I tried the cane with yellow instead of green and it just does not make the intense black spread the same way.

Oooh, so glad someone "resurfaced" this--I only "got" stringer/cane pulling to a decent/usable length recently--and NOW I'll actually be able to TRY this! Thanks for such a great tip & lovely way to make flowers look so pretty! (Now, if I can just get my dots to look like petals )

Thanks to Linda for bumping this up, I'd never seen it.
A BIG thank you to Linda for the technique, I've recently been really working on my florals and I am anxious to try this out! I love the way the little black lines look like detail on the leaves.

Linda.. I love this idea!
I don't (haven't yet anyway) do too many florals.. but am already thinking of all sorts of other applications for this idea.
Thanks for the creative jump start!

I just ran across this - guess the tutorial is over 3 years old by now. BUT I want to say thank you. I appreciate knowing how to do this stamen cane. What issue of The Annealer magazine is your strawberry in?
