Default I made a couple of small boro beads...

and I really enjoyed playing with it. I had to keep reminding myself that boro doesn't thermal shock like soft glass. I am on a Minor, so I had to keep the items small, but gee, it was fun!

Good to hear. I think the rule around here is if you had fun with something you need pictures to go with it. lol

If you're using tanked oxy, you can crank up that minor and work a bit bigger.

Like Brent said Yay boro! no more jumping out of that chair trying to dodge hot glass. There is a learning curve but well worth it but were here to help. So wheres the pics.

Sorry about no pictures yet. My mom fell and broke her pelvis-been dealing with these issues...will try to get some soon. Yes, I so loved not having to duck!

Yes, it is delicious!

No, mom isn't doing well-refusing to eat, and refusing her PT. She is in dementia as well, so is having trouble understanding why she needs to eat and do the exercises. She was very lucky that she didn't break a hip, so the breaks in her pelvis are stable and she's able to sit and stand with a walker.
