Arrow Springs Temp Controller ASC /3Question

I will admit right now that I have not played with my glass for a long time.
Circumstances left my mind in just a blur and the desire to play was really sad.

Soooo long ago that I have forgotten the pattern of buttons to push on my pre-programmed ASC/3 temp Controller .
Now that you have stopped laughing........I need help.

I am using only Eff or BullsEye glass.

I know that I want to use one of the Annealing programs that have been already put in by AS. As I recall, the program that I used the most ramped up very quickly, and the cycle was complete in about 9 hrs.
I just do not remember the sequence and I am getting stressed by trying to read the manual.

The controller has 6 keys .

Can anyone assist in this??? Any have this controller? Or should I just call Arrow Springs on Tuesday.
