You need to close your tags. Right now you have the [url ] tag but no closing. Put [/url] at the end of the link. You'll probably want to do the same with your alignment--put [/left] at the end of each line.
To make text a URL (instead of text, then link):
Within square brackets [] put,
url="http://www.weblink.com"
After closing the square brackets, put your text.
After the text, put [/url]
That will give you something like this
