How to make an Add A Bead Stick
I there an inexpensive way to add the thread to the wire and then the female part as well?

You need a tap and die set. It's definitely not hard to ad threads to wire or to thread a hole.

Sears carries them. So does Harbor Freight. These T&D sets can get very expensive.
