Default Major minor problem, help!

Hi All,
just went out to work in my studio and when I re-hooked my torch back up after being unhooked for almost 2 weeks, I noticed the ports were recessed back into the torch face. I lit it up anyway to see if I could still work, but the torch started to smoke a bit, always a bad sign, so I turned it off, turned off the propane and bled the lines. But what do I do now???? I have to make beads today!

Thanks in advance.

Just loosen the nut at the top and push the ports back out.

Shiela's advice should fix it for you - how'd you go?

Yup!! You can just unscrew it a little, slide the ports out and then tighten everything back up. The little handout that comes with your torch says they should stick out between 1/8" and 1/4". I just moved and had to remount my torch to a new table so I've recently been through the whole torch assembly drama
