Default Plastic finding for "sealing" hollow bead

Does anyone know the name of the English lampworker who sells the plastic "plugs" for the ends of clear, hollow beads that you want to fill and string? I have searched for an hour and cannot find! I believe I remember seeing clear hollows filled with various cat hairs as an example of what to put inside a bead. Thanks in advance for any tips!

I think it's someone from the Netherlands.
I know it is in one of the Soda Lime Times tutorials, and there's also the webpage at the end of the tutorial.
Let me see if I can dig it out.

Found it.
It was Marjolein van Zummeren's tutorial in the Soda Lime Times (August 2013)

Here's the webpage to order the silicon stoppers:

In a pinch, you can use the rubber earring nuts, just trim them to what you need. The nut's that are shaped like a witch hat. Hope this makes sense! I have used these several times, works like a charm!
