Studio Re-Do

I thought I would start a thread on redoing my studio. Pictures to follow. My basement flooded about a month ago and had 2" of water in our finished basement. Needless to say we've been working our butts off to get it cleared out and redone.

You could say I am a bit of a hoarder and into too many crafts. We filled a
15 cf dumpster, have a 8x10 shed full of items that need to be written down and donated and a huge storage unit.

I'm happy to say though, that my glass studio is almost ready to be moved back into. Hubby ripped the ceiling and sheetrock from the walls, put up some cheap o plywood. I painted most of it last week and hope to finish the last coat today. Whew.

Sorry about the flood, but congratulations on redoing your studio! Can't wait to see pictures!

Thanks for commenting Marti. I finished the painting tonight. Need to get the lighting up and then I can take photos.

Sounds like a lot of progress since you last posted.Glad you are about to move your glass studio back in. That part will be fun.

Hope you are taking care of yourself and holding up okay through all of the cleanup and remodel.

I'm physically and mentally exhausted and I'm not even close to being done.
