Default Does anyone know where to buy Glow powder?

Is there anything I need to be careful of with glow powder and beads?
I'm concerned I'll end up with something that's not compatible with soft glass.

Also, does it need to be encased?

The vendor I posted about sells 104 glow in the dark glass. It does not need to be encased
