In terms of techniques, I'd love to see a good explanation and good photos of "spot heating". That's definitely something I struggle with.

I think that would be like asking for a tutorial and pictures on "Finding the sweet spot" - whitch I would love! I found mine once than lost it.

Kandice I am a total and complete tutorial ho. Maybe a tut on color combinations? I do so love your blog with all the info on different glasses - especially the CiM colors.

Default Tuts

I, personally, would love a tutorial on encased florals. I can never seem to get the crispness to my flowers. It seems like my flowers smudge and then they look distorted. Just a suggestion! I have asked for the book "Encase It" for Christmas.

I second the request for a tutorial on encased florals.....I suppose I should perfect my florals first....LOL ... ROFL.....but, I'm guilty of always trying to get ahead of myself! Duh : - ))))

I vote for a tut for color combinations too. I have such a hard time with them. Perhaps all different colors or blues and greens. Well I guess you probaly get the idea.

Colors that I think would look great together just turn out blah. I love bright bold colors and have a really hard time getting a finished bead with the colors staying bright. I know what I want the bead to look like but can't quite seem to accomplish it. Does that make sense?

My vote is for your color combos also, I see colors I love together but when I try it they never quite look right. You also do a lot of color layering to get some of the shades that you do and I would purchase anything you put out in the bright color familys.

Color combo's yes but I would love to know how to go about developing a color combo. Sometimes there are just too many choices and it's confusing. I pick maybe two colors but how do you decide on the additional colors. I love the richness and depth you get. I am getting more daring and trying new things all the time. but when I choose things and thy don't quite work out I am not sure what to add or subtract to get to what's in my head.

No requests but had to to Mary Pat. And say what wonderful beadies in your avatar! I see you've been practicing! I, unfortunately, haven't had time to torch at all (but I've got a couple weeks of time off soon, yipeee torch time!)
