Help with Moretti Trans Orange

Any help appreciated. I made these beads in the same session, so i don't know why they changed color on me. the moretti trans orange is used on the middle stripe, it is normal on the left bead but almost black on the right bead. any ideas what happened???

You got the bead on the right hotter than you got the one on the left. Too much heat will turn a lot of reds and oranges to a burnt blackish-brown.

I can't remember doing anything different or working one bead longer than the other...

I will be redoing them and using another trans orange..sigh
