Virginia Beach
I was raised in Virginia Beach. A blacksmith friend of mine was asking if I knew any glass blowers etc that would like to participate in an event. Below is the email we exchanged. if you are interested, plese send me a PM and I will give you Joel's email and contact info to be a vendor
That's Ok, I'm not in control of mine either. I'll see ya when I see ya. Feel free to put my question out there. We're looking for old world crafts. Or early new world. You know, colonial stuff or civil war. Not necessary to be a period crafter, but be able to talk about the old techniques. A glass blower would be cool. We already have a wood turner, a tanner, a wood carver, and blacksmiths from all periods. I'll be doing Viking Age; we have a Rev War/Colonial period smith; the SCA will be there doing late Middle Ages; and of course a bunch of modern era smiths. We're also looking to get some weavers/wool spinners, and maybe some beekeepers.
This will be our third year with this event. It's great. We have an entire fairgrounds, so folks can be under pavilions or even indoors with air if they need to be.
Big kiss,
Joel
