Default Smallest torch? DIY?

I want to do some very fine detail work and am pondering making a simple internal mix torch to produce a flame no bigger than 1/8" diameter, preferably smaller. Though I love my Bullet Burner dearly, the inner is way too big for what I want to work on (technical lab stuff, not beads). What do people use in this situation, or does it even arise?

What about a Smith Little Torch? They have changeable tips so you can get the flame you want.

you can even put a syringe needle on the end of a little torch tip and get crazy small.
