I received my electroforming equipment about a month ago. The transmitter controls were not wired correctly. Instead of turning the top knob all the way to the left as the directions say, I had to turn it all the way to the right. That's when I saw the bottom numbers change. I was successful at electroforming for the first time and second time. Haven't done it since though. Too busy preparing beads for bead shows. If that doesn't work, call whoever sold it to you for support and a possible exchange or refund.
