Can somebody fix this thread, or is it just my computer? For some reason, it is stretched out horizontally. Meaning I have to scroll from left to right in order to read the entire sentences. When I finish reading one line, and I have to scroll back to start the next line, I lose my place. I'm thinking that it has something to do with the photos being posted next to each other.

It looks fine to me. I am not having the problem you have described. Is anyone else seeing what Shrimp sees? Thanks,Debbie

On this page it is ok. But on the 1st page, I have to scroll sideways.

That's because the images are...

image image image.image

and NOT...

LIKE they should be!

And the original poster can go in and edit her posts and fix it

Take bigger pictures. People like to see what they are buying. The photos look slightly blurry to me. Are you using a photo editing program? If not, why the heck not? You could make them better by brightening and sharpening them. There is no reason not to make your photos look like your beads, but they don't have to be life size.

Not that they are terrible, they are ok, but they should definitely be bigger and sharper.

Yeah.. what David said. At the most I'd try and stick to no more than 2 images side by side in your post before you start a new line... and only if you know your pics are small on here. Makes it easier to view all the beautiful photos.

Change your screen's resolution, shrimp. It's not doing that for me.

Thanks guys for the lesson on how to place the pics better. I went in and changed them all.
Keven-I did use photoshop elements to fix my pics. I guess I'm not doing it right? So much to learn!! This might sound stupid but how do I get the pics larger? Do I do it when I am taking the pic or when I photoshop? When I try to get closer taking the pic it gets blurry even when I use macro. Is there some setting I'm missing. I see everyone has great close-ups & I don't know how to do that. Please help. Thanks in advance. Debbie

I've not had any problems with the images the way they where... but then good browser software will show things properly.

Keven, if you had read the thread, you would have seen that she used Elements and that she is working on a lot of learning curves at the moment. Once she can consistantly get good color balance and exposure, then it's worth spending the time to learn sizing and cropping... although those are very easy to learn.

What an improvement on both the dark and light background beads. I think the dark background is better as it isolates the beads better but the light colored background still look good.

Excellent job, Debbie.

Default New macro lens

I got my new macro lens today & I think I am in love! I really like how the pics turned out. What do you think?
